A private room in a family flat in Eyüpsultan, on Silahtarağa Caddesi, a short walk from the
Santral İstanbul campus of İstanbul Bilgi University.

THE ROOM
- One private room for one person. The flat has two rooms and a living room, and at most two
people live here — one person per room, so nobody shares a room.
- USD 300 per month for the room, with every bill included: electricity, water, natural gas
and internet. There is nothing extra to pay each month.
- Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared.
- A written rental agreement can be signed.

THE FLAT AND THE BUILDING
- Third floor. The building has no lift.
- Fire extinguisher and gas detector in the flat.
- A security camera covers the entrance outside the flat. There is no camera inside the flat.
- The building has no fire escape.

WHO IT SUITS
The flat is on a main road on the Golden Horn side of the city, so it works well if you study
within roughly 10 km of here:
- İstanbul Bilgi University, Santral İstanbul — walking distance
- Haliç University and İstanbul Ticaret University, Sütlüce — a few kilometres along the Golden Horn
- Kadir Has University, Cibali, and the Unkapanı area
- Bezmiâlem Vakıf University, Fatih
- The campuses and faculty buildings around Beyoğlu and Şişhane
- Göktürk and Kemerburgaz direction, about 15 km by road

If your campus is on the other side of the city — the Anatolian side, Maslak or Bahçeşehir — the
daily commute would be long and this room is not a good fit.
