Cookies and what we store
The whole list, not a summary. If something is stored in your browser by this site, it is named on this page.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Pages are rendered on our own server and the fonts are served from it too, so opening a page here does not tell any other company that you were here.
That means there is nothing for you to consent to at the moment — what is left is strictly necessary and the site cannot work without it. The switches below exist anyway, so that if we ever add something optional it starts switched off and you decide before it runs.
What is stored
| Name | Category | Lives for | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Strictly necessary | until you close the browser | Keeps you signed in and links a form you submit to you. Holds no personal data itself — only a random id. |
| efb_consent | Strictly necessary | 12 months | Remembers the choices on this page, so you are not asked again. |
| Session storage: topics you opened | Strictly necessary | until you close the browser | So refreshing a forum topic does not count as a new view. Never leaves your browser. |
Your choices
Things we deliberately do not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, of any kind.
- No third-party analytics script — not Google Analytics, not anything else.
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from another company's servers.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No email notifications you did not ask for; forum notices stay on the site.
The wider explanation of what we keep and why is in the privacy notice.
