1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Time

Shipping times for your orders vary depending on product type and stock status:

In-Stock Products

  • Order Preparation: 1-2 business days
  • Shipped to Cargo: Within 2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days depending on cargo company

3D Printing and Custom Production Orders

  • FDM Prints: 2-7 business days depending on model size
  • Resin Prints: 3-5 business days
  • Large Volume Projects: Evaluated on a project basis, estimated time notified at order confirmation
  • Custom Design Services: Design time + production time (average 7-14 business days)

Filaments and Materials

  • If in stock: Shipped within 1-2 business days
  • Supplier sourcing: 3-5 business days

Note: Delivery times may be extended during official holidays and special occasions (New Year, holidays, etc.). For detailed information about your order's estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@edufabtech.com.

1.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on order amount and delivery address:

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Orders 500 TL and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under 500 TL: 49.90 TL (standard shipping)
  • Heavy/bulky items: Calculated per item, shown in order summary

Express Shipping Option

  • Same Day Shipping: For orders placed before 2:00 PM within Istanbul (+99.90 TL)
  • Express Cargo: 24-hour delivery guarantee (+149.90 TL)

Special Cases:

  • Additional fees may apply for deliveries to islands and remote areas
  • Special shipping costs calculated for large equipment like 3D printers
  • Special shipping discounts may apply during campaign periods

1.3 Cargo Companies

We ship your orders with the following contracted cargo companies:

  • Aras Cargo
  • Yurtiçi Cargo
  • MNG Cargo
  • PTT Cargo

Cargo company selection is automatically determined based on delivery address and product characteristics.

1.4 Cargo Tracking

When your order is shipped:

  • Your tracking number is sent to your registered email address
  • You receive an SMS notification (depending on your preference)
  • You can track from the "My Orders" section of your account
  • You can do real-time location tracking from the cargo company's website or mobile app

1.5 Delivery Areas

Domestic Turkey: We deliver to all provinces.

International Shipping: We currently only deliver within Turkey. For international shipping requests, please contact us; we can offer special solutions.

1.6 Delivery Address and Important Notes

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • Be sure to specify apartment/complex name, building number, floor, and apartment number
  • Specify a time slot when you will be at your address during delivery
  • Provide authorized person information for corporate address deliveries
  • Photo ID verification may be performed for recipient identification

2. Return and Exchange Policy

2.1 General Return Conditions

According to Turkish Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales contracts within 14 days. However, special conditions apply to certain product categories:

Products Eligible for Return

  • Packaged Filaments: Within 14 days if unopened and labels not removed
  • Software: Within 14 days if license code not activated
  • Standard Spare Parts: Within 14 days if packaging unopened and unused
  • Stock 3D Printers: Within 14 days if not removed from box and warranty not started

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom Production 3D Prints: Products specially produced according to customer request
  • Personalized Designs: Custom ordered design services
  • Opened Resins: Chemical materials opened for hygiene and health reasons
  • Used Nozzles and Extruders: Mounted or used parts
  • Downloadable Digital Content: Digital products with completed download process

2.2 Return Process

Step 1: Creating Return Request

You can report your return request within 14 days from the product delivery date through the following methods:

Step 2: Getting Return Code

When your return request is approved, you will be sent a return code and return address.

Step 3: Sending Product

  • Send the product with its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, user manuals, and invoice copy
  • Write the return code on the package
  • Keep the cargo receipt

Step 4: Review and Approval

After the product reaches us:

  • Product condition is reviewed (2-3 business days)
  • If return is approved, your payment is refunded
  • If return is rejected, the product is sent back to you with the reason

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Right of Withdrawal: Shipping cost belongs to customer
  • Defective/Faulty Product: Shipping cost covered by Edu Fab Tech
  • Wrong Product Shipment: Shipping cost covered by Edu Fab Tech

2.4 Refund

After return approval:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to your account within 2-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Wire Transfer/EFT: Payment to specified account within 2-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Wire transfer to specified account within 3-5 business days

2.5 Exchange

Product exchange can be made in the following situations:

  • Size/Color Change: With different variant of same product (subject to stock availability)
  • Defective Product Exchange: With same or equivalent product
  • Wrong Product Shipment: Exchange with correct product

3. Defective, Damaged, or Missing Products

3.1 Damaged Products

If cargo delivers a damaged product:

  • At Delivery: Keep a record in front of cargo officer and do not accept the product
  • If You Notice Later: Report to us with photos within 2 days from delivery date
  • Solution: We exchange the product free of charge or make a full refund

3.2 Defective Products

If the product is not working or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the situation to us within 7 days
  • Document the product with photos
  • Our technical team evaluates the problem
  • If defect is confirmed: new product is sent or full refund is made

3.3 Missing Products

If your order arrives incomplete:

  • Report within 3 days from delivery
  • Missing products are sent free and as priority
  • Apology gift may be offered for waiting time

3.4 Wrong Product Shipment

If you received a different product than ordered:

  • Report to us without using the product
  • Wrong product is returned free of charge
  • Correct product is sent with priority cargo
  • Additional campaign code may be offered for the inconvenience

4. Warranty Conditions

4.1 3D Printers

  • Warranty Period: 2 years (manufacturer warranty)
  • Coverage: Malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
  • Exclusions: Misuse, physical damage, unauthorized intervention

4.2 Spare Parts and Accessories

  • Warranty Period: 6 months - 1 year (varies by product)
  • Service: Through authorized service network

4.3 Filaments and Materials

  • Quality Guarantee: Guarantee of compliance with manufacturer specs
  • Storage Conditions: Warranty is void if not stored under appropriate conditions

5. Special Situations

5.1 Promotional Products

  • Return conditions are the same for discounted or promotional products
  • Paid amount is refunded in case of return
  • If there is a campaign gift, the gift must also be returned

5.2 Corporate Orders

  • Special return conditions can be determined for bulk purchases
  • Return process may differ for invoiced sales

7. Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't receive my tracking number, what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, write to us with your order number, we'll resend your tracking number.

My order didn't arrive on time, what can I do?

If there's a delay beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us. We coordinate with the cargo company and can make a new shipment if necessary.

When will the refund for my returned product be credited to my account?

After the product reaches us and is approved, the refund is made within 2-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

The filament box came open, can I return it?

Yes if there's cargo damage. Under normal conditions, opened filaments are not returned, but we evaluate if there's a quality issue.

I ordered a 3D print, I didn't like it. Can I return it?

There is no right of withdrawal as it is custom production. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, remanufacturing or refund is made.
