Vendor Terms of Service

These Vendor Terms of Service apply to individuals and businesses wishing to operate as vendors on the Edu Fab Tech platform. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

These Vendor Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of the agreement between Edu Fab Tech and vendors. These Terms apply to all individuals and businesses operating as vendors on the Edu Fab Tech platform. By using the Edu Fab Tech platform, you accept these Terms.

2. Vendor Registration and Approval

2.1 Registration

To register as a vendor, you must complete the application form by providing the required information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

2.2 Approval Process

Once Edu Fab Tech reviews and approves your application, your vendor account will become active. Whether your application is accepted is entirely at the discretion of Edu Fab Tech. The approval process typically takes 3-5 business days.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Listings

Vendors are fully responsible for the accuracy, quality, and suitability of products they offer for sale on the platform. Providing misleading or false information is strictly prohibited. Product descriptions, technical specifications, and images must reflect reality.

3.2 Pricing

Product pricing and discounts are determined by vendors. However, pricing policies are subject to Edu Fab Tech's approval. Prices must be stated in Turkish Lira (TL) and shown including all taxes.

3.3 Inventory Management

Vendors are obligated to keep their inventory status current. Orders should not be accepted for out-of-stock products. Product listings must be updated immediately in case of stock depletion.

4. Orders and Delivery

4.1 Order Processing

Vendors are responsible for processing received orders promptly and delivering them to customers on time. Order confirmation must be made within 24 hours after payment is received.

4.2 Delivery and Shipping

Vendors are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by vendors and must be clearly stated to customers. Tracking numbers must be shared with customers after products are shipped.

4.3 Packaging

Products must be sent with appropriate packaging to ensure damage-free delivery. Packaging costs are the vendor's responsibility.

5. Payments and Commissions

5.1 Payment Processing

Revenue from sales is paid to vendors according to payment methods and timelines determined by Edu Fab Tech. Payments are typically made in monthly periods.

5.2 Commissions

Edu Fab Tech takes a certain commission from each sale. Commission rates and payment terms are shared with vendors in advance and specified in the vendor agreement. Commission rates may vary by product category.

5.3 Payment Delays

Situations arising from returns, cancellations, or customer complaints may affect payment processing. The relevant amount is held until these situations are resolved.

6. Customer Service and Returns

6.1 Customer Service

Vendors are obligated to provide timely and effective customer service. Customer inquiries must be responded to within 24 hours.

6.2 Return Policy

Return and exchange conditions are determined within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law and must be clearly stated to customers. Vendors are responsible for evaluating and processing return requests within 14 days.

6.3 Defective Products

Return and exchange costs arising from damaged, defective, or faulty products belong to the vendor.

7. Compliance and Legal Obligations

7.1 Legal Compliance

Vendors are obligated to comply with all legal regulations and trade laws in which they operate. This includes product safety standards, intellectual property rights, and commercial regulations.

7.2 Taxation

Vendors are responsible for declaring and paying all taxes arising from their sales. Vendors who are taxpayers must fulfill their invoice issuance obligations.

7.3 Intellectual Property

Vendors must ensure that the products they list do not infringe copyright, trademark, or patent rights. Liability arising from intellectual property violations belongs entirely to the vendor.

8. Prohibited Activities

Vendors may not engage in the following activities:

  • Sale of counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized products
  • Sale of illegal, harmful, or dangerous products
  • Misleading advertising or marketing activities
  • Misuse of customer information
  • Attempts to circumvent platform rules
  • Spam or unwanted communication

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1 Termination by Edu Fab Tech

Edu Fab Tech may suspend or terminate vendor accounts in the following situations:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Increase in customer complaints
  • Illegal activities
  • Failure to fulfill payment obligations
  • Sharing misleading or false information

9.2 Termination by Vendor

Vendors have the right to close their accounts at their own discretion. Before requesting account closure, all pending orders must be completed and financial obligations fulfilled.

9.3 Post-Termination

After the agreement is terminated, pending payments and obligations continue. Edu Fab Tech makes the final payment calculation within 30 days after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Edu Fab Tech is not responsible for issues arising from vendors' product quality, delivery problems, or customer service. Vendors assume all responsibility arising from their own activities.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Vendors may use customer data only for order processing purposes and cannot share it with third parties. All personal data must be processed in accordance with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR regulations.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on our platform and send a notification to your registered email address. Vendors are advised to regularly review the updated Terms.

Important changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable discussions. If no agreement is reached, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
