Does anyone have: Bit-Slice Microprocessor Design — John Mick and James Brick

I keep seeing this cited in old AMD 2900-series application notes and nowhere else. I want to actually build a bit-sliced CPU on breadboards and understand microcode the way the original engineers did, not through a watered-down retrospective. Any edition welcome, coffee stains and all, as long as the schematics are intact.
Any edition welcome — a worn copy is fine. If you have one to lend, give away, swap or sell, message me.
Only the Amsterdam area is given — shown at its centre.
